Oh NO, it is BACK TO WORK

Unbelievable, is everyone really so keen to get back to work?
This is just a video on WhatsApp to lighten up May 4th

The Star people’s paper, Front page news

Today is Monday May 4th, our Movement Control Order has been relaxed to CONDITIONAL Movement Control Order. Although general guidelines have been drawn up by the Federal Government, nine out of Malaysia’s 13 states have fully opted out or will not fully follow the new Order. Each state is allowed to issue their individual SOPs (standard operating procedures) in relation to the current Covid-19 situation in the state. Restaurants are open for dine-ins with social distancing between tables. So I can’t peep at the next table and ask the waitress, “what’s he eating ah? Looks good, can I order the same one!!” But restaurants have to keep a record of personal particulars of every dine-in customer. This is to allow rapid tracing and hence self-isolation of customers who may have been dinning-in during the same period of time, if a positive case emerges. The move is necessary but it will increase work load. I personally will not want my personal particulars to be recorded by a restaurant. Thus, many restaurants have decided to remain close and only cater to take away and delivery services.

But, it looks like no one’s listening. The crowds have swarmed some restaurants

and a wholesale shopping centre (Kenanga in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur). Yikes, the crowd is so much larger than on ordinary non-MCO days.

Gizmo man and Savvy K left for work at 8 am. WOW .... I was ecstatic.  At last after 47 days, peace had arrived at home. Only Thory, Belle and I together once again. BUT, it was very short-lived, both came home early with huge SMILES, "our offices said we will work from home until May 12."
Can you hear me crying...???
