Just for this morning, I will not rush you out from bed, I will let you sleep in and enjoy your dreams.
Just for this morning, I will not go for my walk, I will make your favourite bacon sandwich and sit with you to eat.
Just for this afternoon, I will turn off my computer and listen to your stories about teachers and school.
Just for this afternoon, I will not yell to finish your homework, I will sit with you and watch one of your girlish movies.
Just for this evening, I will not nag you about finishing your rice and vegetables, I will let you have your favourite cheese burger.
Just for this evening, I will not worry about what you will be, I will let you choose and have fun along the way.
Just for tonight, I will forget about my work and tell you stories about daddy and me and how much we love you. 
Just for tonight, I will snuggle beside you, and thank God for the most precious gift he has ever given me.

To get some where,
We miss half the fun
Of getting there.
