I wonder how many to finish this one gourd. A village?
These vegetables and fruits were grown by the road side. Really healthy looking BIG specimens. Wonder if the owner used steroids? 🤣🤣
Banana flower that can be cooked.
Passion fruits,
Luffa gourds that when dried will give me a life-time supply of loofah sponges.
and 4-angle beans.
It was a pity the owner was not around as I really wanted to know the fertiliser he/she used.
We have some of those sponges. My father grew them the year before he died, and more than twenty years later they are still going strong.
ReplyDeletethe owner will be glad to harvest them :-)
ReplyDeleteRegards!
wow..the jumbo banana flower, passion flower and luffa gourd....sebelumnya aku membayangkan luffa gourd itu tadinya adalah paria atau pare...karena sekilas bentuknya mirip...tapi itu ternyata luffa gourd..Hasil panen yang subur..terbayang memasaknya akan jadi banyak porsi. Have a nice day Kak ^&__^
ReplyDeleteI'm amazed at the size and content of those gardens! Loofa gourds?? Very cool!
ReplyDeleteInteresting what food grows in different place in world.
ReplyDeleteCoffee is on and stay safe.
The vegetable garden looks natural, but the veggies look too large to believe they are yielding organically without the use of chemical fertilizer. I wished the owner was there to explain its growth.
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year!
ReplyDeleteThey are very large vegetables! The owner must be a natural to be able to grow so many large ones like that!
ReplyDeleteHope you have a great start to the new year :)
